Our services are available to individuals seeking fertility and healthcare treatments. By availing our services, you confirm that you are legally eligible to enter into this agreement.

● Any changes or cancellations must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.
● Emergency consultations and procedures are subject to availability.
● Payment for services must be made in full before or at the time of service unless
otherwise agreed.
● We accept payments via cash, online transfers, or other approved payment methods.
● Additional charges incurred during treatment will be communicated and must be
settled immediately.
● Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be
subject to a cancellation fee.
● Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 working days.
● Clients must provide accurate medical history and other necessary details.
● Prescribed medications and required diagnostic tests must be adhered to as advised.
● The patient or their guardian must be present during consultations and treatments as
required.

are not liable for:
● Adverse reactions to treatments or medications
● Unforeseen complications arising during or after treatment
● Loss or damage of any personal belongings during hospital visits

We reserve the right to terminate services if:
● There is any abuse or harassment toward our staff
● False medical information is provided
● Payments are not made as per the agreed terms
