SAI Allied Health Courses
The Application form will be issued from 15th of June.
Candidates are instructed to visit the hospital reception for enquiry pertaining to the admission process.
The candidates must come with their parents or guardian at the time of admission along with the original
certificates for verification. (Aadhar Card, Passport size photo, Mark Sheet, Address Proof (Ration Card))
Candidates are advised to take a printout of the mark sheets before admission and it should be attested.
Application form must be completely filled without leaving any blanks in between.

- The candidate must have completed his/her higher secondary from school (not in tutorial centres).
